Good News for the 1st quarter of 2018!

--> Blackfalds sees an increase in real estate sales

--> Lacombe makes a 21% jump from 1st quarter results in 2017. 

--> Red Deer sales are stable 

--> Sylvan Lake finally sees 17% increase in sales, a Good start to 2018.

The one interesting take was that Building permits for single family homes slowed down in 3 of the 4 markets, which might have something to do with the USED market picking up some steam or it could be lack of Desirable inventory.
