If you’re a family new to Central Alberta looking for places to explore with the kids, we have plenty of fantastic parks in Central Alberta that are worth checking out. Red Deer is renowned throughout Alberta for its parks, beautiful green spaces and trail systems with more than 100km of easily accessible trails. Most parks have fire pits nearby, so pack a picnic and the family for a day of exploring nature!
