November 2017 Market Report For Central Alberta

No real changes from previous month, but looking a year ago today things are still on the decline for most markets in Central Alberta. 

All stats are based from real estate system and are for Single Family Detached properties.  

Red Deer has no change in sales and has averaged the same over the last 3 years at this time. Listing inventory is up about 20% and Average days on market still the lowest in the area with 60-70.  

Sylvan Lake saw just a slight increase in Sales from 19 last November to 22 this November. Listings haven't done any movement and are running about 165. Average days on market is around the 100-110 day mark 

Blackfalds Sales are Down 35% from the same time last year showing 11 sales in this November! Listings rose by 14% to 125 on the market. Days on market settles in around 110  

Lacombe shows a slight drop from last November which had 11 to this years 8. Listings are down about 10-11% which is typical this time of year and running around 102. Average days on market is close to the 140 day mark.
